Monika’s personal transformation began through profound wake-up calls. After surviving a ruptured appendix in high school and a brain virus in college, she realized that ignoring her body’s messages was no longer an option. As the daughter of Polish immigrants who sacrificed endlessly, she chose a new paradigm: success that supports your well-being instead of costing your sanity.

Since 2007, Monika has specialized in trauma-informed healing, energy work, and subconscious reprogramming. She trained extensively in Medical Hypnotherapy and Hypnosis for Childbirth, after using Hypnobirthing to give birth to her three children, intervention-free and medication-free. She is a Certified EFT Practitioner and Hypnotherapist.

After seven years in private practice, Monika moved into corporate wellness as a Certified Health Coach, leading large-scale health programs for a major insurer before leaving post-pandemic to expand her mission of helping people and businesses heal from the inside out. Today, she teaches quantum manifestation through nervous system regulation, strategic embodiment, and subconscious rewiring, creating a repeatable path for sustainable prosperity and personal freedom.
